The great news is, these programs are part of your Transocean benefits, so they’re available to you and any covered dependents at no additional cost. By using the EAP and WorkLife Services support, you and your family can get the care and resources you need to overcome everyday challenges – before a situation becomes overwhelming.

Then, they can match you with the right resources to help address your specific needs, whether it’s for legal or financial needs, issue resolution, or counseling services.

If self-help is more your style, you can visit liveandworkwell.com to search through the library of online tools and resources. There you can submit online requests for services, search the directory of clinicians, or access virtual help centers that have articles on everyday work and life issues. You can even participate in an interactive self-improvement program — an excellent option for a covered dependent living away from home.

What’s the Cost?

There is no charge for the initial consultation with counselors, financial and legal experts, and mediators. Referrals or visits with a clinician within the Optum network are also free of charge. And, you can visit liveandworkwell.com at any time at no cost to you. Legal assistance beyond the initial consultation is available at a 25 percent discount.
